Terms & Conditions
Standard wholesale terms that apply to orders placed with Ritu Enterprises.
1. Wholesale only
Pricing, MOQs and catalogues shared on this website are intended for registered retailers, boutiques, resellers and bulk buyers. Single-piece retail enquiries cannot be entertained.
2. Orders & confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of an agreed advance payment. Stock is reserved against confirmed orders on a first-come basis. Catalogue images are representative; minor variations in shade and finish are inherent to handcrafted garments.
3. Pricing & taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST and shipping unless explicitly stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; the rate confirmed at order time will apply.
4. Payment
We accept bank transfer, UPI and cheque. A 30–50% advance is required for production orders; the balance plus shipping is payable before dispatch. Cleared funds are required before release of goods.
5. Dispatch & delivery
Ready-stock orders are dispatched in 3–5 working days; production orders ship in 15–20 days. While we use insured courier partners, transit timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
6. Returns & replacements
Manufacturing defects must be reported with images within 7 days of delivery for replacement or credit note. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind, washing damage or shade variation within acceptable tolerance.
7. Intellectual property
All product designs, photography and catalogue artwork remain the property of Ritu Enterprises. Reuse of images requires written permission; resellers are welcome to use product photos with credit.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
